Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How long will my order take to ship?

Processing usually takes 1–3 business days, then shipping time depends on your location. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on the way.

How much is shipping?

Flat rate $6.99 shipping on all U.S. orders.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in processing and can’t be modified.

My package says “delivered” but it’s not here.

Check with neighbors or family members and look for an attempted-delivery slip. If it still hasn’t arrived after 2 business days, contact the carrier first, then email us at [email protected] with your order number.

Slime Care

How do I store slime?

Keep your slime in its original airtight container with the lid tightly closed. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

How long does slime last?

With proper care, your slime can last several weeks to a few months. Clean hands and proper storage make a big difference!

My slime arrived warm or sticky.

That’s normal during shipping. Place it in the fridge for 10–15 minutes and then knead it. If it’s still sticky, add a few drops of activator and knead again.

It feels stiff or dry.

Add a tiny bit of unscented lotion or water and knead slowly until it softens.

What surfaces are best for playing?

Always use a clean, non-porous surface like a table or countertop. Avoid carpet, fabric, or hair.

What is slime made of?

All Kopi Slime products are handmade using PVA-based glue, cosmetic-grade pigments, certified fragrance oils, and a safe borate-based activator.

Is slime safe?

Yes! Our slimes are designed for fun and relaxation. Just remember: do not eat slime and wash your hands after playing.

What age is slime for?

Recommended for ages 7 and up with adult supervision. Keep away from small children and pets.

Refunds & Replacements

Do you accept returns?

Because each slime is handmade and sensory-based, returns aren’t accepted once opened. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can help.

My slime arrived damaged or missing something.

We’ll make it right! Email [email protected] within 48 hours and include a picture and your order details.

Restocks & Sold-Out Items

When do you restock?

Follow us on Facebook Kopi Slime for updates! We restock regularly, but some slimes are seasonal or limited edition.

Can you bring back a sold-out slime?

Sometimes! Send us a message and we’ll let Mikayla know which ones you’d love to see again.
